OUR MISSION
AngelWingz Family Crisis & Intervention Center, Inc. (AWFCIC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit providing crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking in Tallahassee, FL and the surrounding Big Bend area.
AngelWingz provides victims and their families with much needed resources designed to enable a safe escape and transition to recovery and rehabilitation.
OUR STORY
Wendy Strickland was inspired to found AngelWingz after a family member was murdered due to domestic violence. Wendy’s passion is to bring hope and healing to all victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
A modern-day Harriet Tubman, Wendy is dedicated to rescuing and restoring freedom to domestic violence and human trafficking victims - one person at a time.
